Our chefs arrive, set up, and roll everything in front of your guests. Fish is flown in from the same suppliers used by Michelin-starred restaurants, cut to order, and served at its peak. Packages are unlimited, so there's no counting heads or running out. You host, we handle the rest.

Large Parties
For events of 100 or more, we build the experience around your event instead of dropping in a menu. Live sushi stations, poke bars, roaming hand rolls passed during cocktail hour, or all three across different parts of the night. Weddings, galas, corporate events, festivals. Every proposal is designed from scratch around your space, guest count, and run of show.
