futomaki/maki (rice on inside), uramaki (rice on outside), topped uramaki, and nigiri of choice.

Learn the ins and outs of the sushi industry, where to get sushi-grade fish, and how to make your favorite sushi at home.

dissect your favorite restaurants menu
recreate your favorite rolls and items
Class can be GF, Vegetarian, or Vegan upon request.

Monday-Thursday: 6 person minimum
Friday-Sunday: 10 person minimum
Holidays: 8-10 person minimum (depending on day)

We can accommodate any class size as long as the venue can accommodate
